The Preamble itself merely collects the citizen’s ideals, aspirations and most importantly is the values.
Government’s legitimacy as symbol. The constitution is written to be able to establish the power of government to take rule. Citizens’ acceptance in giving authority to government was established under the Power of Constitution.
Government structure is in an outline manner. It could be parliamentary, federal, presidential of unitary form of government with the use of the Constitution, the details in ruling into the government which can be evaluated, analyzed its functions and most especially the limitation to power given to them.
