Proper Handling of Employees
Don’t underestimate the capacity to be an asset to your company. All human has a space for improvement. Most of the common complaint that employees has about their bosses are usually set aside which may lead to the stagnant of their capabilities or abilities to improve with their talents. Sometimes, they feel that they don’t belong to the company to the point that they don’t truly know what is happening in the company they are working on. It is so hard for them to share their ideas or thoughts for the improvement of the company because of the boundaries and limitations laid by their bosses. Some employees don’t know where they should stand and how to do their job efficiently. How they will start their job and do it well is a common problem to them.
The lack of communication with their bosses and unity is one reason why they are not successful as individuals. How more if they are a part of a company? Without proper motivation, their self esteem goes down and their trust on themselves that they can do everything. They are feeling that they are losers and are not making it on their own. There are ways on how you can help for the benefits of your company and your employees.
One important thing is to communicate regularly. Spend time with your employees’ ideas and suggestion for the sake of the company. It is a good way to tell them that they are all asset and not parasites. Give them space to improve their abilities and not to tolerate all their wrong doings. Give some instructions on what they have to do and let them become as productive as they can be. Provide them incentives or rewards for this year.
