When for the first time, dishwashers were introduced; there was general aversion among many consumers as to who will consider the device as an avoidable thing in their household. Most of them thought of these new appliances as another thing that would just make their kitchen even more crowded. Earlier versions of dishwashers were noisy and bulky, factors which contribute to the consumer’s negative attitude toward this new device. Therefore, the penetration of dishwashers in the market was tardy and slow.
However, these things have changed soon. People understand that there are many reasons why people should consider dishwashers as an efficient device in the kitchen. The dishwasher’s manufacturers address the two main irritants from this device making its market slow. The two problems being intolerably noisy and bulky were addressed.
Modern dishwasher machines are now more compact and greatly save space. The noise level was also brought down. Many other features are incorporated to it making it more preferable to consumers. Machines now are programmable in which users can set the program depending on his job’s nature.
